Glen Road, Poole

A difficult constrained and sloping site with a negative planning history prior to Studio MODA being appointed.  A contextual yet radical approach resulted in a design based on the morphology of the existing gabled triple linked garages that were to be demolished.  This light, bright and contemporary residential design incorporates a secret, sunken courtyard lighting the lower storey.
