Contemporary residential design with this triplex addition to a block of flats in the Branksome Park Conservation Area.  The form of the triplex includes an octagonal tower to balance the original Edwardian tower to the S-E corner. The flat is self contained and therefore functions more as a townhouse than a flat with accommodation over 3 levels.
