As leading conservation area architects in Dorset, Studio MODA were appointed as project architects to negotiate an approval following 2 planning refusals and an appeal by others for demolition of the existing house and the erection of 2 dwellings within the protected conservation area.  An approval for a semi-detached design gained consent and from this, a further proposal for a linked detached scheme was granted for 2 houses.
