With our experience in listed building planning approval, Studio MODA were appointed as heritage architects to work on this important locally listed house.  Permission was received for the wholesale replacement of windows and a replacement porch.  An additional garage and stores also received approval in the grounds having convinced conservation and tree officers that the setting and impact on trees would not be adversely affected.
