A feasibility design for a contemporary residential design in Bournemouth, involving a replacement bespoke dwelling on a tight suburban site with uninterrupted 160-degree sea views. An unusual extruded “bat” roof creates spacious 2nd-floor accommodation while maintaining the ridge height of the existing property being demolished.
