Surrey Gardens, Bournemouth

Our architect produced a feasibility design exploring the potential for a residential plot separation on a dramatic but steeply sloping site.  The existing bungalow which occupies plateaux to the front of the site is retained while part of the rear of the site is given over to a single aspect, 4 bedroom contemporary house set into the bank.   A roof garden provides a dramatic amenity area.
